His work explores themes of modern life and technology, and he has been successful in the NFT space, leveraging blockchain to sell and authenticate his art.

Objectives

Trevor’s goal was to increase awareness of his work within a more traditional audience, as well as amplify and showcase his successes with specialised NFT press. In order to do this, he recruited us to support him with his strategic communications activity. In order to do this, he organised a Castle Party at Stirling Castle in 2022 and commissioned us to manage the guest list and communications around the event. The castle party was a huge success and we used this as an opportunity to further leverage the relationships created and deliver something quite special for this unique artist.

Strategy and Implementation

Following Trevor’s Castle Party at Stirling Castle in 2022, Four Marketing Agency secured an opportunity for Trevor to host the Deputy Art Director from the London Evening Standard and invite her to his art studio in Leith. During this meeting, a unique partnership was born - The Oath.

The Oath, created in collaboration with Apollo Entertainment, shows the crown on a background reflecting the natural world and King Charles’s long-held passion for the environment. Its title refers to the Coronation Oath, in which the monarch solemnly swears to govern the peoples of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth Realms according to their laws and customs.

Trevor agreed to create this exclusive artwork that would become a free-to-download NFT for ES readers, to mark the Coronation of King Charles III. Four Marketing Agency managed a full timeline of activity for Coronation weekend, including a partnership with W1 Curates resulting in a window takeover in London’s Oxford Street Flannels.

This project was as exciting as it was complex, with strict timelines to respect and many moving parts. We planned meticulously and communicated extensively with all parties to achieve the final result.

“The project not only marked a historic moment but also definitely succeeded in engaging a much wider audience with NFT art. We couldn't have hoped for better results from Four Marketing Agency.”
