Founded in 2008 by Emma Little, who had no previous knowledge of the industry, contacts or clients, Edinburgh-based ExecSpace is now one of the leading venue-finding agencies, placing approximately £10million of conference and event business across the UK and internationally.
Working primarily with large corporate and government organisations, ExecSpace offers a free venue-finding service for clients seeking the best value and return on investments from their meetings and events budgets. Complementing venue-finding for live events, they also provide virtual and hybrid event technology enabling delegates to connect from home, the office, locally, nationally and globally. Clients include RSM, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Grant Thornton, Aggreko, the Scottish Government and Scottish Enterprise.
To position ExecSpace as one of the UK’s leading venue-finding agencies, dispelling any Scottish-centric barriers to business, as well as targeting key event buyers. We were also tasked with raising the CEO’s profile, positioning them as a key player and strong commercial leader in the UK and globally.
Four Marketing Agency carefully curated and targeted key industry publications, crafting and issuing press releases, thought leadership and opinion articles and monthly blog content, focusing on quality content in leading business and MICE publications. We also identified forward feature opportunities in platforms and secured articles for the business in wider industry features.
Target publications where we successfully achieved media exposure included Conference News, M&IT Magazine, The Scotsman, Edinburgh Evening News, MSN, Scottish Business News, SME Business News, TechRound and PA Life, totalling more than 32million opportunities to view.
Four also worked to secure a number of speaker, award and partnership opportunities resulting in additional exposure and new business enquiries.
